Host an event
We’re thrilled that you would like to host an event as part of Oxford International Women’s Festival.
To take part in the festival and ensure your event gets the best reach it can across oxford, we ask for a small charge to list your event on our website:
- Non-profit and charities: £40
- Commercial organisations: £80
To get your event up and running please follow the below steps:

Before you start
Please read the following information carefully before submitting an application:
- We aim to discourage clashes between events, frustrating for audiences and organisers alike. For this reason please confirm you have checked the latest event listings before submitting an application.
- Please ensure that all fields are completed thoroughly and accurately to the best of your knowledge.
- We reserve the right to edit any event descriptions longer than 50 words.
- This information will appear on the OIWF website and will be referenced as part of the festival via the festivals social media channels. (Due to limited resources we are unable to guarantee the number of mentions on social media).
- Your event may be discussed as part of the festivals wider marketing campaign (Eg press, print, radio).
- Once your application is submitted, the festival organisers will take up to 5 working days to respond and confirm your application has been received.
- Once reviewed to ensure limited event clashes, the team will organise payment and only then will your event be confirmed as part of the Oxford International Women’s Festival (OIWF).
- Payment will be taken online via PayPal. Details will be provided once your application has been reviewed.

- Please note: By hosting this event you are confirming you will have taken the necessary health and safety procuration’s, (including but not limited to: general event safety, security, slip trips and falls and food hygiene). OIWF will take no responsibility for your event safety and you will be liable should an issue arise.
- In accordance with GDPR, personal data of attendees will only be handled by the event organiser and not by OIWF.
